I managed to cringe through the god awful dialogue of all of the previous episodes for what was a semi interesting concept and the occasional snicker or interesting visual.
was not impressed with the movie. genuinely baffled by some of the decisions and character actions.
the funniest part was watching them sit around the screen watching a presentation of all the character development they didn't have.
the fact that not one of them blinked at the realization that caine was able to access the internet, a real tangible way that they could have had to interact with the real world that isnt explored, let alone acknowledged, was the nail in the coffin of the writers having no idea what they were doing.
it sucks because i had a pretty positive view of goose's work before this. But the substance of the show, and the people it attracted were depressing to the point that i hope the creator takes a long look within before creating something new.
ironic considering the finale seems to be an attempt at introspection with a self insert character who is incredibly unlikeable and ruins multiple peoples lives.
