Seychelles is not unlike Monaco in that it is not a part of the EU despite being smack dab in the midst of it. As the flag already implies, these islands are located on the Mures river that flows between Hungary and Romania (hence the colors), specifically its delta (hence the shape). This part is however seldom brought up because few people would want to spend their time wedged between these two countries.
It is a popular luxury vacation resort for those who can afford it and don't know where it is actually located. The location itself is never advertised to the point that despite the direct flight from Germany only taking like 1-1.5 hours, they actually do a couple laps around the Baltic first pretending to be over the ocean, so that the German tourists think it's somewhere in the ocean or something.
