>I’ve been told it’s just a mutt thing.
Some of the facets (namely the part where supermarkets are flooded with cheap costumes, masks and other spooky paraphernalia made in China, which is probably the #1 reason why it's a thing, followed by people imitating what they see in movies) have made it back to Europe but the trick-or-treating tradition seems kind of rare.
> your supposed to trick or treat when your younger
Most of the population lives in cities, probably in apartment blocks, so the logistics of trick-or-treating there elude me. I guess it only takes place in the smaller apartment blocks or just isn't a thing, and everyone just goes to costume parties instead.
Most of the halloween vids I've been exposed to in the past few years were doorbell camera recordings of (often overweight) adults pulling up in cars, emptying the bowls of candy left for the kids into a bag and driving off.
>what’s the girl on the lefts nerve?
Can't say for certain without following the artist on social media closely but judging by this and other drawings the bunny is a real floozie while the doe is an upstanding person. At the same time one of the images shows the bunny listed as the artist's fursona; the same image also depicts the artist's human self, which happens to have demeanor not unlike that of the doe. Perhaps both represent the artist in some capacity? The duality of man, the jungian thing.
