But it is just as reasonable to expect clear rules to be well-thought out, there have to be more thorough internal guidelines for this stuff or at least some sort of consensus among the team, that they only had to put to words. As it is, it couldn't have been phrased more confusing. That part could have been lumped with another point and left intentionally vague - as again, there's vague and there's confusing.

Furthermore, if they didn't want to have this blown out of proportion, this shouldn't even have been its own thread but a footnote in the metathread and a few more randomly formatted lines on the rules page.
