from a bit of research, the terpenes that give citrus fruit their distinctive flavors can cause "gastrointestinal distress," and there are chemicals called psoralens in the rind and seeds that can cause gastrointestinal upset, lethargy, and sometimes liver failure "in extreme cases," which makes me wonder if it requires a lot.  Psoralens are also toxic to humans, though with humans it tends to manifest more as phototoxicity, which is sort of like extreme sensitivity to sunburn but also with an itchy rash and sometimes blistering, etc.  People who go to Mexico on vacation and spend lots of time on the beach drinking margaritas get "margarita sunburn," and that's what this is.  Skin rashes from psoralen toxicity in humans are not uncommon, but liver failure requires vastly higher doses, maybe from "herbal remedy" recipes found on the Internet, and is pretty rare.

Citrus and sugar? Or just citrus? They don't appear to be drawn to citrus much anyhow because of its acidity. And-- they're not supposed to-- but I've seen dogs consume sugar before without any issues. The only reason dog owners are warned against feeding dogs anything with sugar is really just to do with dental health and obesity (the same warnings given to humans), I think. But most anthros would brush their teeth, I'd imagine.
Assuming there's alcohol in that drink, everything in the pic is "poison" but not particularly greater for dogs than humans.
