You'd really be surprised by the amount of foids in the furry fandom and conventions, they're especially at conventions because of the social nature of them, you just don't hear about them much because "ordinary woman goes to furry convention" is a lot less interesting than "furry pretending to be quadriplegic shits his diaper in his fursuit then proceeds to swim with soiled diapers"
I mean, the whole fandom is about cute animals, it shouldn't be surprising that it has a large female base. I've seen them complain about making furriends with male furries before he loses interest in her when he finds out she's a woman, cus he's gay gek
