This makes more sense to me (kind of). It just doesn't seem right for the female body not to be adapted to naturally support the relatively marginal added weight. But I don't see how bras would cause this problem, either. If anything, they should provide extra "bracing" directly to the spine.
My conjecture is that females who have larger tits, in general, probably don't workout much, if at all, and likely aren't the most prone to exercising the spine (which requires movement, not being stuck in the same posture for prolonged periods). Hence, they are the most likely to experience back pain. After all, plenty of males develop back pain in this manner as well. In other words, I have a feeling it's moreso a matter of correlation, not causation (ie. maybe women with big tiddies are predisposed to neglect their musculoskeletal health).
