Clearly you must like it if you haven't done anything to stop them.

Unfortunately I'm a raped slave worm who doesn't like getting confrontational

You have to avoid the interactions to begin with, try as you might some people will try to make conversation regardless of how uninterested you make yourself seem. Not being in a situation where they can talk to you to begin with is how you fix this

Most normies have outsourced their superegos to the group. They are utterly incurious and care vastly more about consensus and feelz than about truth. As a result they constantly seek out external validation from everyone around them. This includes you. You are going to have to interact with them. It isn't enough to smile and nod, either. In each interaction you have to figure out what words they want you to say, and recite them with simulated sincerity. This is the workplace now. Unless you can work from home, and that's become an impossible dream for 99.999% of people, just like home ownership, you are going to be expected to put ten times more effort into this than the stuff that's in your written job description, all day every day.

That gets you marked as "rude" and will immediately get you on the radar for Shaneequa in HR, who will grin, showing all of her remaining teef, as she tells you that you're "not a good fit" and hands you a cardboard box and has a couple of bored security guards march you out of the building. She will then email all the other morbidly obese HR whales all over town to tell them of your "bad attitude" and "racism," in an attempt to get you blacklisted and make you unemployable. She will likely succeed.

So no, he has to socialize, and he has to make himself charismatic and attractive. He isn't really there to keep the books, or make sales, or solve problems. He is there to be an entertainer and emotional tampon for all the miserable fat "career womyn." This is the white-collar work environment now. It's been like this for decades. You entertain the blue-haired Boomer hags and the fat HR ladies or you get longhoused. Enjoy flipping burgers at fifty, my guy.

Most normies do this routine, its always "hey X how are you doing" thats when you respond "great howabout yourself" then they say "Im doing allright" then you respond "good to hear" and then you dont have to say much more to them for the rest of the day, the thing i hate is they dont care about your day and you probably dont care about theirs its just routine to say this meaningless shit to each other like were all robots
theres a few people at my work who I either closely work with or they make an effort to talk to me so I basically tell them the same thing everyday like "how was your sleep" "great howabout yourself... good to hear" or ""has it been a busy/boring/productive shift"

thats a bad idea, if you never talk to them theyl talk about you behind your back and make you out to be a bad person, best to just play their game
i mean if youre getting payed by the hour it doesnt really matter if youre talking with so and so about your weekend plans or actually doing work
I think most people gauge whther somones a good or bad person by how much theyve talked to or know about that persons life, unless youve done something horrible to them theyl think youre bad if they havent talked to you much or good if you have talked to them much, its sorta like that trope of "if you get to know people youl find nobody is truly evil" thats BS btw its not that that person isint evil its just that you feel emotional about them because you know more of their story
