I was about to yap about habits, but if you're motivated enough, we're past that crap. One important thing, what do you want to draw in general, what's your goal?
Anyways, from my point of view, the first thing you have to learn drawing is lines and rhythms and composition. Because if you can't draw a couple of beautiful simple lines, and arrange them beautifully, then drawing a beautiful landscape or living thing will be a huge problem (I had my experience).
Start doing those standard line sheets, search them up, get your hand and shoulder steady, not too relaxed, not too tense. Do hatching. Gradients. Train your feel of gradients. It's ultra important. Everything is gradients and rhythms. Lines are not even lines, they're like very sharp gradients. But don't stuff your head with line techniques for now, just learn to rhyme them lines, u feel me nyagga. When you've added some line knowledge to your muscle memory go search some refs, some objects or someone else and draw silhouettes using clear sharp strokes. This will train you some basic line proportions. Very basic exercise.
